Yes, you can visit us, but only by making an appointment - please refer to our contact details for telephone number, office hours and address. Due to the fact that we are a distributor and do not have a retail store, we have to prepare the products for testing. Of course, we need a bit of lead time for this.

Sure you can. You can buy B-goods, exhibits and discontinued products directly from us. We have an Ebay and an Ebay classifieds shop, which is also linked on this page. You can get new stuff and the latest goods from our dealer network.

We accept payment via bank transfer or Paypal. When visiting we can only accept cash.

Of course. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. After the goods have been dispatched, we will give you a tracking number on request. Within Germany you will receive the goods in 1 to 3 days. Outside Germany it can take longer (please contact us for details).

Yes, you can! In Germany you have a 14-day right of return according to the distance selling regulation. In this case, please get in contact with us. If the goods are defective, you will receive a return slip from us. For any other reasons, you bear the return costs.

We grant a two-year guarantee on new or originally packaged goods and a one-year guarantee on used products.
